The National Crime Victim Law Institute (NCVLI) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website. In this Privacy Policy, NCVLI refers to NCVLI staff, board members, cooperating attorneys, interns, volunteers, and consultants, all of whom are bound by law or contract to keep confidential information they receive as part of their assistance to NCVLI.
This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Website. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the Website. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Any changes will affect all of the information we have previously collected from you, as well as the information we collect after such changes; and such changes may include without limitation additional uses or disclosures of your information. If any of the changes represent a material change that expands our use of personal information, the changes will be posted at least 30 days prior to taking effect and we will post a prompt on the home page of our site for users to review the new privacy policy. If you object to the changes, please contact us as provided below and we will remove your information that we previously collected. However, your subsequent provision of information to us through any of our Websites is deemed your agreement to use of that information in accordance with the then-current Privacy Policy.
