Dr. Carma Corcoran from Lewis & Clark Law School discusses Gentle Action Theory and how it can create a pathway for collaboration between victims and law enforcement.

Carrie L. Paul, MBA from The National Victim Advocate presents an in-depth focus on what victims and survivors experience before being victimized and how that can affect treatment within the criminal justice system.

Olympias Iliana ("Iliana") Konidaris from The Fierberg National Law Group, PLLC is here at the 2024 Crime Victim Law Conference. Recently, claims by students for discrimination based on their religious and ethnic backgrounds have skyrocketed, and Fierberg National Law is one of the few firms in the country familiar with prosecuting these claims.
