The New Mexico Victims’ Rights Project was started in 2002 and operates as a project under the DWI Resource Center, which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Based in Albuquerque, the New Mexico Victims’ Rights Project serves crime victims throughout the state of New Mexico at no cost.
