Julieanna Elegant, JD, MA

Director of Strategic Outreach and Partnerships

Julieanna Elegant, JD, MA has managed programs in the United States, Latin America and Central Asia, building partnerships across language and cultural differences. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of the Small Business Legal Clinic at Lewis & Clark Law School.  She attended law school at the University of Washington School of Law and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Her MA is from Brandeis University in International Development, with a focus on project management. Prior to law school, she worked as a social worker supporting domestic violence victims and vulnerable youth. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
