Director of Administration and Operations

Julie is responsible for the successful execution of key NCVLI’s projects, including select long-term grant-funded programs and strategic advancement projects. Prior to this position, she coordinated a variety of NCVLI’s projects including grant-funded projects; marketing, branding and communications; and development efforts, including fundraising, donor and volunteer cultivation, and board and organizational development. Julie joined NCVLI in 2010 as the Project Director for NCVLI’s Vision 21 grant. This project, funded by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime, involved a nationwide strategic planning initiative looking at the future of the crime victims field. She took a hiatus in 2011 to complete an MBA program and returned to NCVLI in 2013. Julie joined NCVLI in November 2010.
