Our 21st Annual Conference is themed: Empowering Through Access. The Conference is really two Conferences – one virtual and one in-person. The Virtual Conference will be held over five Fridays – October 15, 22, 29 and November 5 and 12; the In-Person Conference will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 – Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the Doubletree by Hilton Portland Hotel. Note that the Friday of the in-person event overlaps with the virtual event, meaning that some sessions will be live-streamed from Portland for both virtual and in-person attendees. Choose your engagement by registering for either or both Conferences!

The health and safety of Conference is a priority for NCVLI. NCVLI will continue to monitor and track COVID-19 leading up to the Conference and has developed precautions for the health and safety of in-person attendees. Please continue to check the website for any updates.

OVW Approval

We will be submitting conference approval to OVW and will update this FAQ as we receive more information. In most cases, grantees are required to contact their OVW program specialist to get approval specific to their award and to ensure that a Grant Adjustment Modification (GAM) is issued. A GAM must be completed before grantees commit or expend any funds related to attending this conference.
