Meg Garvin, NCVLI Executive Director, will present virtually for the New Mexico Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs National Crime Victim Law Institute on June 10, 2025, 12:00PM-1:30PM Mountain.

This training will focus on sexual assault victims’ legal rights in the criminal justice process. Through an exploration of various legal rights that victims have to access to justice, privacy, meaningful participation, restitution, rights enforcement, and more, this training will help prosecutors explore their legal duties and abilities when it comes to considering victims in their cases.

This training is open to prosecutors, victim advocates, and any other allied partners.
