Empowering Victims by Understanding their Rights and Options in the Civil Justice System

NCVLI will join SCVAN and two civil practitioners in presenting an online 3-hour CLE training titled, Empowering Victims by Understanding their Rights and Options in the Civil Justice System.  NCVLI will present on the successful partnerships between civil and victims’ rights attorneys.  The goal of the training is to increase victim representation in the criminal justice system by educating civil attorneys on the benefits (to their clients and the civil case) of their clients’ having counsel in related criminal cases.
