At the Intersection: Advancing Justice for Victims with Disabilities

Join experts from the National Crime Victim Law Institute and Disability Rights Oregon on May 7, 2026 for a dynamic CLE exploring the intersection of victims’ rights and disability rights. This training will equip attorneys with foundational knowledge in both areas of law and provide practical strategies to better represent victims with disabilities navigating the criminal justice system. Through interactive case study scenarios, participants will apply key legal principles and advocacy tools to real-world situations.
